Credentials

Training, experience, and a career spent helping people grow.

My path has never been linear — like many neurodivergent people, my career has been varied, curious, and full of reinvention. From my early years teaching in middle and high-school special education classrooms to those leading people and organizational learning and development and change management, the consistent thread has been helping people learn, grow, adapt, and find their footing.

Read on to see how I've landed here … the professional foundation behind my coaching, the training, certifications, and career experience that shape the partnership you'll get in coaching with me.

I loved this work — genuinely. Helping people grow, designing systems, leading change. But for most of my career, I didn't understand my own wiring. I didn't know why certain things took so much effort, why I could perform at a high level at some times and fall apart at others, and why I so often felt like I was solving a different puzzle than everyone else in the room. Then an unexpected layoff threw me into a whole different world. It was only after I had processed my grief and undergone coaching that I fully appreciated how difficult it had been — and began to see myself more clearly. That clarity changed everything — not just how I live, but how I show up for the people I work with.

Coach Training & Credentials

Prepared to support you.

My coaching practice is informed by decades of professional experience across education, organizational development, and change leadership. Expand the sections below to explore the training, education, and career history that shape how I show up in coaching.

Over time, I became more interested in facilitating insight than delivering answers. Intentionally putting my expert consultant on the bench has been both fascinating and inspiring. It continues to show me how powerful it is when people are trusted to lead their own change.

I've dedicated myself to an in-depth years-long program through the Coach Approach Training Institute, an ICF‑accredited Certified Neurodiversity Coach Training Program. I've completed 125+ hours of training and achieved recognition as a Life and Neurodiversity (e.g., ADHD, Autism) coach by the International Coaching Federation and as a Professional ADHD Coach by the ADHD Coaches Organization (ACO).

My professional coaching training and education include:

  • ●125+ hours of ICF‑accredited training
  • ●35+ hours of ADHD‑specific training
  • ●Advanced training in ADHD education, coaching neurodivergent leaders, and Neurodiversity Support & Advocacy
  • ●Ongoing professional development in executive function, identity‑safe coaching, nervous‑system‑aware support, PDA‑affirming practice, and trauma‑informed approaches

Background

25+ years of helping people grow.

Before coaching.

Before coaching, my work centered on understanding how people, structures, and culture interact — and designing systems that support equity, belonging, and sustainable ways of working. I was good at it, and I cared about it. But I was also doing it without understanding my own brain — which meant I was constantly overriding my needs to meet the demands of systems that weren't built for the way I think. I didn't fully see that until the work was no longer in front of me.

People don't thrive because an expert tells them what to do. They thrive when someone helps them access their own wisdom.
