The human story behind the practice.

Coaching entered my life at a moment when everything felt frayed. As a late‑diagnosed AuDHD woman, I had spent more than two decades in the corporate world pushing through burnout after burnout, convinced that if I just tried harder, I could make it all work.
What coaching offered me was something I didn't know I needed: a way to approach myself with curiosity instead of criticism. It became the first place where I could slow down enough to hear myself think — to notice what was working, what wasn't, and what my nervous system had been trying to tell me for years.
Burnout narrows your world. Mine was shaped by old beliefs, unmet needs, a nervous system that rarely felt safe, and decades of interpreting my experiences through a lens I didn't yet understand. Finding my way back to well‑being wasn't as simple as "balancing demands." It required something deeper.
For me, healing looked like:
Working with a coach helped me expand my sense of possibility. It helped me see creative solutions I couldn't access on my own. It helped me rebuild from the inside out. That experience changed me so profoundly that I knew I wanted to learn how to offer that same kind of partnership to others.
Investing in coach training, supervision, and ongoing learning felt like the most aligned next step — the place where my lived experience, my strengths, and my desire to support others finally clicked into place.
I know what it's like to feel misunderstood, overextended, or disconnected from yourself. I also know the power of being met with acceptance, clarity, and someone who believes in your capacity. That's the energy I bring into this work every day.
