A Note on Neurodiversity

Coaching here is neurodiversity-affirming. Always.

A space to design a life that fits your wiring.

Neurodiversity-affirming coaching means I'm not here to help you mask better, work harder, or fit into systems that weren't designed for you. We work with your brain — not against it.

Learning about yourself is a first step. This can include understanding more about your neurotype and the ways it shows up in your life. For ADHD and other forms of neurodivergence, coaching offers a place to design a life that fits you.

We focus on what supports you:

  • •Understanding your strengths, needs, and values
  • •Thinking big and imagining what’s possible
  • •Designing actions that feel doable and aligned
  • •Learning from follow‑through without shame
  • •Finding adjustments and supports that make life easier

It's a no‑failure, high‑compassion space where experimentation is encouraged and every step is information, not judgement.

Whether you're newly diagnosed, self-identified, or still figuring it all out — you're welcome here, exactly as you are.

Nervous System Aware

We move at the pace of your nervous system

We honor your energy, your nervous system, and your real-life constraints.

Your nervous system sets the pace — not the calendar, not the task list, not old expectations. In our work together, we pay close attention to what feels possible and what feels overwhelming, to what your body is signaling and what your energy is doing, and to what your patterns are trying to protect. We work to understand and work with how stress, shutdown, and regulation shape daily life.

This is about physiology, safety, and capacity.

Your nervous system is always part of the conversation. If you're dysregulated, overwhelmed, or shut down, we don't push through — we slow down. We work with your capacity, not against it.

When your nervous system feels supported, everything else becomes more doable.

You Are the Expert on Your Life

Autonomy Is Essential

When you feel choice, you feel safety. When you feel safety, you feel possibility.

Your lived experience is valid and central. My role is to help you see more options, think more clearly, and trust your own judgment.

Many people — especially those who are neurodivergent or PDA — have lived their whole lives under pressure: pressure to perform, to comply, to be "easy," to keep up, to not need support. Here, autonomy isn't optional — it's foundational. You choose the pace, the focus, the structure, and the way we work together.

Support for Specific Neurotypes

  • •Building routines that flex with real life
  • •Understanding executive function patterns
  • •Reducing overwhelm and decision fatigue

ADHD coaching here is not about “trying harder.” It’s about building a life that fits your brain.

For autistic clients, coaching offers a space where you don’t have to mask, translate yourself, or perform. We focus on:

  • •Honoring sensory needs and nervous system patterns
  • •Building a life that aligns with your values
  • •Unlearning old scripts and expectations
  • •Supporting transitions, burnout recovery, and identity exploration
  • •Creating environments and routines that feel safe and sustainable

Autism‑affirming coaching centers clarity, authenticity, and nervous‑system safety.

For PDA profiles, autonomy is the foundation of everything we do. We focus on:

  • •Reducing pressure and increasing choice
  • •Co‑creating structure that feels collaborative, not imposed
  • •Understanding demand avoidance as a nervous‑system response
  • •Finding ways to meet needs without triggering overwhelm
  • •Building trust, safety, and internal permission

PDA‑affirming coaching honors your need for agency, flexibility, and self‑direction.

Wherever you are in your process, you're welcome here.

You deserve support that honors your nervous system, your energy, and the way your brain actually works.
