So… what is coaching?

Coaching is a conversation that moves you forward.

It meets you where you are.

Coaching is a supportive, forward‑focused partnership that helps you understand yourself more deeply and make meaningful changes in your life. It's not advice‑giving. It's not therapy. It's something different.

Coaching offers a space where you can:

✦

think out loud

✦

explore what matters to you

✦

understand what's getting in the way

✦

experiment with new possibilities

✦

build a life that feels more aligned

It starts from the assumption that you already have what you need — and works with you to access it.

A safe space

Come and be yourself.

Let's get to know you better together.

Coaching is a non‑masking, non‑judgmental space where your needs make sense and your wiring is welcomed, not questioned.

You won't have to justify your needs or explain your wiring. You get to show up exactly as you are — tired, hopeful, overwhelmed, curious, unsure — and still be met with warmth and respect.

Your best self isn't something you have to invent — it's something you return to. Through the coaching process, you begin to notice the person you're becoming — the one who's been taking shape beneath all the noise. Our work helps you step into that version of yourself with more clarity and confidence.

What coaching looks like here

You set the agenda; I hold the space

We build this together.

Coaching with me is a collaborative, compassionate process rooted in one core belief: you are naturally creative, resourceful, and whole — even on the days when you feel anything but. My role is to create a space where you can explore your life with honesty, curiosity, and support so you can hear yourself, make sense of your patterns, and decide what's next.

This is not about fixing you. It's about helping you hear yourself, trust yourself, and build a life that works with your brain, not against it.

In our sessions, we explore what matters most to you — your goals, your challenges, your patterns, your hopes. I ask questions, listen deeply, reflect back what I hear, and walk alongside you as you figure out what's next.

Together, we look at:

✦

what's working and what isn't

✦

what you want more of

✦

what gets in the way

✦

what supports your nervous system

✦

what helps you feel grounded, capable, and yourself

My job is to help you experience yourself as naturally creative, resourceful, and whole — even when you feel discouraged or unsure.

Coaching vs. Therapy

How is coaching different from therapy?

Both have value — they just do different jobs.

Therapy helps you heal and understand; coaching helps you grow and move forward. Many people benefit from both.

Here's a simple way to understand the difference:

CoachingTherapy
Present & future focusedPast & present focused
Goal: growth & forward movementGoal: healing & understanding
Action‑oriented, collaborativeReflective, diagnostic
You set the agendaClinician guides treatment
Coach training & certificationLicensed mental health professional

Many people find that coaching and therapy complement each other beautifully. If you're currently working with a therapist, coaching can run alongside that work. If you're unsure which is right for you right now, we can talk it through together.

Wherever you are in your process, you're welcome here.

You deserve support that honors your nervous system, your energy, and the way your brain actually works.
