Each of us showing up for the work — and for each other.
Coaching isn't something I do to you. It's something we create together. You're not a passive recipient here. You're an active participant, and your engagement is what makes the work meaningful.
I ask questions. I listen deeply. I reflect back what I hear. You bring your lived experience, your honesty, and your hopes for what's next. Together, we shape a space where real change becomes possible.
This partnership works best when you show up as your full self — tired, hopeful, overwhelmed, curious, unsure, or anything in between. There's no performance here. No pressure to be "on." Just two humans in a room, working with what's real.

Some days it looks like clarity. Some days it looks like rest. Some days it looks like naming a boundary or noticing a pattern. All of it counts.
We work with BEANS — Boundaries, Expectations, Agreements, Needs, and Safety — the foundations of a relationship where growth can actually happen.
What I Bring
Curiosity, warmth, and a genuine belief in you
Questions that help you think more clearly
A judgment‑free space
Training, tools, and full presence
Flexibility — if something isn't working, we change it
What You Bring
Yourself — exactly as you are
Your goals, questions, and honest experience
Willingness to explore, even when it's uncomfortable
No need to have it all figured out
Simply showing up
This is a partnership — not a hierarchy. We each hold part of the work.
These aren't rules — they're the conditions that help us both show up well.
You don't need to pretend or push through. If you're having a hard day, say so. If you're confused, say so. Honesty makes our time together more useful.
Coaching is full of questions — and not all of them have immediate answers. "I don't know" is often the doorway to something important.
Your goals may shift. Your needs may evolve. That's not inconsistency — that's growth. If something feels off, we adjust.
If something isn't working — a question felt off, a session didn't land, you want to try a different approach — tell me. This is your coaching, and I want it to feel right for you.
Life happens. If you need to reschedule, please give as much notice as you can — ideally 24 hours. I'll do the same. We'll outline the details in our coaching agreement.
What you share stays between us. Confidentiality is foundational to coaching.
The only exceptions are situations involving risk of harm — and I will always be transparent about those limits.
Wherever you are in your process, you're welcome here.
You deserve support that honors your nervous system, your energy, and the way your brain actually works.
